The building consists of independent shops, from 70m2 to 400m2 of surface and the necessary service spaces, such as Bars and Restaurants, Offices, Information and Public Toilets. The visitors circulate through open air or sheltered walkways. The building comprises two levels of main use and two basements. The total area of the building is 67,000m² and it is constructed of R/C. The consultancy services included the checking of the general final structural design and the review of the detailed final design.
