Penelis Software ltd is a subsidiary of Penelis Consulting Engineers SA, which provides the following services:
- Section analysis software for linear and nonlinear analysis of composite sections (NOUS)
- Reinforced Concrete Design software according to the structural Eurocodes EC2 and EC8 (eToolsEC) as a postprocessor to ETABS® & SCIA Engineer®
- Unreinforced Masonry Design software according to Eurocode 6 (eToolsEC) as a postprocessor to ETABS®
- Reinforced Concrete Design software for the Greek concrete (EKOS) and seismic (EAK) codes (eTools) as a postprocessor to ETABS®

Penelis Consulting Engineers SA
Penelis Consulting Engineers SA was founded at the beginning of 2002 to provide the following services:
- Technical advice for the development of buildings
- Technical advice for the restoration-upgrading of existing buildings and monuments
- Structural design of new buildings
- Structural design and assessment of existing buildings and monuments
- Structural design of technical works and bridges
- Supervision of civil engineering works
- Project Management & Construction Management
- Software Development
The company is the successor state of the private practice of Em. Professor Dr. George Penelis and Dr. Gregory Penelis who had undertaken several design projects prior to the founding of the company. During 2006 a subsidiary called “3π - Penelis Software ltd” was founded in order to separate the software development from the other activities of the company.
