The MODON Prototype warehouse is a prototype project for a facility to be repeated in multiple cities under development by the leading Saudi Industrial Property Authority.
Penelis Consulting Engineers was the structural designer for the project on behalf of SALFO Saudi Arabia. The services included full structural design, geotechnical design using the SBC and ARAMCO guidelines and combining these with the relevant IBC standards (ASCE/SEI 7-10).
